1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Little Setu application, website at littlesetu.com, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Little Setu Educational Services, UDYAM Registration No. UDYAM-TS-09-0256530 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Little Setu is a premium children's educational platform providing multi-language learning content (English, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi) for students aged 4 to 16. The Service includes interactive curriculum modules, vocabulary adventures, progress tracking, and secure account management for parents and guardians.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce educational content without written permission.
• Upload harmful code, malware, or content that is inappropriate for children.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum materials, software, logos, trademarks, and design elements within the Service are the exclusive property of Little Setu Educational Services or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If applicable, pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

7. Account Recovery & Data

We provide a secure account restoration framework to protect parent data and learning progress history. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that educational outcomes will meet specific expectations. Little Setu is a supplementary educational tool and is not a substitute for formal schooling.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Setu Educational Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
